Denver AI Pros ("we") is a custom AI consultancy based in Denver, CO. This page describes what we collect on denveraipros.com and how we use it. We do not sell personal information.
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, company, work email, revenue band, and operational challenge you submit. If you book a strategy briefing, Calendly collects the details you enter on that scheduling page. We also use Google Analytics (property G-34PYV783P8) for aggregated site-usage data.
Form and booking details are used to respond to your inquiry and run a strategy briefing. We do not use them for unrelated marketing lists. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful. Email is processed through our email provider to deliver messages to [email protected].
Hosting and delivery run on Cloudflare. Scheduling uses Calendly. Analytics uses Google. Email delivery uses our outbound email provider. Each of those companies processes data under their own terms when you use their widgets.
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to work with you or as required for ordinary business records. Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.
